If you refuse or fail to pay this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the parcel back to us. A shipping and handling fee of £15 will also be deducted from your refund as well as any charges we have incurred as a result. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing.
