Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for UK orders only over £150.

How do i track my order?
It’s simple, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can then input this information into the respective courier’s website to track its progress.
In the rare case that your tracking information is missing from your shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our garments all over the world.
Custom & import fees
As all orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
USA – For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Australia – Please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
Canada - Any item shipped to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempt, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in.
Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items.
The Government of Canada has entered into agreements with certain provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13 percent. If you live in a participating province, you will have to pay the HST instead of the GST.
What happens if i don't pay customs, duty or taxes?
If, for whatever reason, you refuse or fail to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Wherk London, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re unsure whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

While we cannot make any guarantees, if you contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, we will try our best to rectify any issues before your order is shipped.
Please note, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.

I'm missing an item from my order.
In the unlikely event that you're missing an item from your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your order number
- A list of the item(s) you're missing
Once we’ve received this additional information, we will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note, all claims for missing items must be made within 24hours of the delivery date.
I've received wrong item(s) in my order
In the unlikely event that you've received the wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your order number
- The name/size of the item(s) you should have received
- The name/size of the actual item(S) you received
- A photo of the incorrect item(s) you received
Once we’ve received this information, we will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may be asked to return the incorrect item to us.
Please note, all claims for orders with incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
I've received a faulty item
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your order number
- The name of the faulty item
- A clear photograph of the fault in question, along with a description
Once we've received this information, we will work with you to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty item back to us.
Please note, all claims for faulty items must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date. An item cannot have been altered or amended in any way in order for it to qualify as faulty.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Depending on the country you’re returning your order from and the courier you choose, delivery times may vary, so please bear this in mind before contacting our Customer Service team.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Please note that once your items have been received by the warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for your return to be processed. It can then take up to a further 5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
Please be mindful that during busy periods, these timeframes may be longer.
If you have not received an email to confirm your return has been received after 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your order number
- Your return tracking number
- Proof of postage, such as receipt
We will then look to resolve your return query as soon as possible
Can i exchange my item(s)?
Of course, We offer one free exchange.

- The item you would like to exchange to and size. Please note the values need to be same for the exchange.
