RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns for online orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Where provided, belts and dust bags must also be included as part of the return.
We do not currently offer free returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of your return.
In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt with the value of the parcel clearly stated with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.
*Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
We are sorry that you received a faulty item.
Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please note, all claims for faulty items must be made within 24hours of the delivery date.HOW TO RETURN ONLINE
To make a return, please email us support@wherk.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Enter your order number and email address.
2. Include item details you would like to return and the reason for your return.
3. Once approved by our support team. We will then send you the returns address. You are responsible for the returns cost. Please ensure you the postage method includes tracking, and correct package value.
Returns may take a few days to reach us. We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your package to be processed.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY, FOR ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, WITHOUT MAKE-UP MARKS AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
WHERE PROVIDED, BELTS AND ANY PACKAGING SUCH AS DUST BAGS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED.
REFUNDS
Please allow 10 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received.
